- February 6th, 2020BLUCAS LAW sprang into action to start out the new year and the new decade.
The first thing we did was file a couple new car crash
lawsuits to start out the year. In one
case, the insurance company totally denied the claim, and in the other case they
made an insulting offer to settle the case…. WE DON’T PLAY THAT!
Second, Orlando and I are conducting discovery and
depositions on our cases that are in litigation, and as usual, the Defense is
trying to hinder us in getting the information we need… WE DON’T PLAY THAT!
Third, Georgina continues to send out comprehensive demand
letters to insurance companies who are trying to deny, delay and minimize out
client’s claims… WE DON’T PLAY THAT!
Finally, we have set 5 of our lawsuits for a trial date in
early 2020 and are working on getting even more trials scheduled for later in
the year. Of course, the defense wants
to delay these cases forever … WE DON’T PLAY THAT!
It is going to be a busy year, but I am having fun with it
and working on my craft. I was able to
attend a seminar of the top trial lawyers in the country on Miami Beach in
January, and I am super stoked to use the skills I learned there on my cases. With
all the great clients we have it is going to be a real pleasure to go down to
the courthouse steps to seek some justice this year.
I am constantly
reminding myself that we are the good guys, we are helping the people, and the
other side is simply protecting their profit margin… WE DON’T PLAY THAT!
