Bad driver was on his phone
- October 22nd, 2025David was struck with a F-250. The driver pulled right out in front of him. The driver of that truck was on his phone.
We filed a lawsuit and were able to obtain dash cam footage of the bad driver using his phone seconds before pulling out into traffic. We got a nice settlement and another happy client. The smile says it all!
