UBER IS TAKING THE PLACE OF DRIVING

BAD NEWS:  You were in riding in an Uber and there was a crash- you are injured.

GOOD NEWS:  The Uber you are riding in was hit by an at fault driver, so the  at fault driver's  insurance will be primarily liable.

BAD NEWS:  In South Florida, many drivers have minimal or no Insurance coverage.  The driver that hit you has only $10,000 policy and your medical bills are $20,000.

GOOD NEWS: If the at fault driver doesn't have enough coverage to fully compensate for your loss, (including medical bills, pain and suffering, and lost wages)  Uber has uninsured and under-insured motorist coverage for its passengers. The passenger is protected on all angles by Uber insurance.

Note*  always wear your seatbelt in an Uber, even in the back seat.  if you are injured and not wearing a seatbelt, your recovery may be reduced.

If you have been injured while riding in an Uber, relax, you are covered.
Let me handle your case from day one  to present your case in the best light and ensure you get a great recovery.
