Look Both Ways
- February 8th, 2021Before backing out of your driveway, look both ways! That's a pretty basic rule.
An absent-minded driver failed to follow this simple rule and impacted our client's minivan. Worse news, the client's damages exceeded the at-fault party's insurance limits. The BLUCAS LAW team was able to secure a tender of the entire at-fault party's insurance policy, as well as reach a settlement with our client's own insurance policy for the Uninsured Motorist claim.
